Chief Financial Officer, Kim Andosca – Kim is a results-oriented team leader with substantial experience in operations management, membership marketing, project management and publishing. She has more than 30 years’ professional experience in senior nonprofit management positions, both statewide and nationally. Among her leadership accomplishments, she is experienced in nonprofit financial analysis and budget preparation. She continually manages the critical organizational and strategic components of many project management assignments and administrative challenges facing her client associations. Kim’s longevity in the nonprofit arena has permitted her to develop a true understanding of every aspect of nonprofit work. She is a recognized authority and qualified expert in nonprofit organization development and management. Kim is a member of the California Society of Association Executives and the American Society of Association Executives.
Chief Executive Officer, Gloria Peterson, IOM – Gloria’s association management career spans two decades. She has managed all aspects of client association relations and has extensive executive leadership and operational experience. She has managed a variety of associations including 501c6 and 501c3 organizations. Gloria provides executive leadership, acts as liaison with outside resources, manages professional alliances and oversees project management with an emphasis on communications, social media campaigns, print publications, website redesign, professional development projects, and membership development. She also has experience in working with government agencies for healthcare reimbursement, licensing and California sales tax issues. She is a member of the California Society of Association Executives and the American Society of Association Executives.
Senior Association Executive, Dave Butler, IOM – Dave joined AMG in July 2015. He previously served nine years as CEO of Sacramento Metro Chamber-affiliated NextEd, a not-for-profit organization that works to develop employer education partnerships serving the six-county Sacramento region. Prior to NextEd, he served as the Sacramento Metro Chamber’s Senior Vice President for Public Policy and Advocacy and as legislative staff for State Senators Tim Leslie and Cathie Wright. He currently serves on the Rocklin City Council, to which he was elected in November 2012. He received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from UCLA in 1983.
Senior Association Executive & Strategic Facilitation Consultant, Megan MacNee, CAE – Megan joined AMG in October 2019. In her role, Megan serves associations and non-profit organizations in the full-service roles as an Executive Director and Deputy Executive Director; as well as a facilitation consultant providing strategic planning and workshops for associations, non-profits, and government organizations. Megan brings over a decade of experience from roles in non-profit, government, and associations. Megan holds a Masters in Public Administration from the University of Southern California, in addition to her B.A. in History from the University of Redland. She became a Certified Association Executive in 2022.
Managing Director, CAMTC, Jon Walters – Jon leads the operations team for AMG’s largest client. His results-based experience brings more than 25 years of customer service, technical support, operations, knowledge management and process improvement skills to the table. Jon has worked as a consultant, team-member and executive in the software, medical hardware, education, recycling, legal and aerospace industries and he formerly directed one of the first electronics recycling non-profits in California. Prior to joining AMG Jon built a thriving service and support operation from the ground up, serving over 16,000 law firms across the nation. He earned his Six Sigma green belt in 2008, is certified in the Net Promoter Score methodology, and still entertains his hobby as a skilled magician. Jon’s extensive experience in operations and team leadership allow him to continuously increase the effectiveness and efficiency of a thriving and growing group of skilled and diverse specialists. His natural talents include communications, customer advocacy, problem resolution and project management.
Association Executive; Senior Meeting and Events Manager, Rachel Hickerson, CMP, CMM – Rachel joined AMG with over 12 years of association conference and meeting management experience, working with the California Cattlemen’s Association and California Veterinary Medical Association. Earlier in her career she also held the position of Executive Director of the Shasta County Farm Bureau. Her areas of focus revolve around overall execution of meetings and conferences, contract negotiation, tradeshow management, and speaker and sponsor procurement. Ms. Hickerson also spent over six years as a Convention Services Manager at the Sheraton Grand Sacramento, where she was responsible for the overall management of several of the hotel’s largest and most high-profile organizations and guests.
Association Executive, Anne Mullinax – Prior to joining AMG in January 2020, Anne served for over 6 years as the Association Services Director for a Sacramento-based firm. Her primary clients included trade associations representing firefighters and veterans. In that role, Anne supervised all levels of services provided to the clients including fiscal, policy development, membership, grant management, and event planning. She also brings in excess of 15 years of experience in the public sector where she developed strong project management, budget, and Board governance skills. Anne received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science/Economics from the University of Illinois, Champaign-Urbana.
Association Executive; Creative Writer and Publications Manager, Katelyn Peyser – Kate joined AMG in May of 2016 and serves as Deputy Executive Director for multiple clients, as the Creative Writer and Publications Manager. She is responsible for writing press releases, op-eds, talking points, and fact sheets, while managing and editing our clients’ publications. Before joining AMG, she worked in the California Legislature as a Communications Consultant, specializing in writing and developing strategic messaging for policy proposals. Kate graduated from Sacramento State University in 2014 with a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations.
Association Executive; Meeting & Events Manager, Becky Denhalter – Becky joined AMG with over 30 years of experience and knowledge in the meetings management industry. The past ten years she spent planning conventions for up to 3,500 attendees and managing over 250 workshops. Becky served as chair-person for countless high-profile industry events, culminating in her award of Meeting Professionals International Sacramento Sierra Nevada 2010-2011 Chapter Leader Award, of the 2001 Supplier of the Year for the California Society of Association of Executives.
Accounting Manager, Nito Goolan – Nito is one of the senior accounting mangers at AMG. She has over 15 years of experience in trust account and non-profit accounting and more than 25 years of accounting experience. She has functioned in the capacity of Vice President of Finance and Controller managing a staff of 14 and multiple branch locations throughout the State of California and Arizona.
Accounting Manager, Denise King – Denise joined AMG in June of 2017 and brings over 36 years of accounting experience from various organizations. She is responsible for maintaining clients’ accounting records, financial statements and annual budgets while preparing quarterly reports for board of directors meetings. Denise also has a degree in business administration.
Accounting Manager, Theresa Lindroos – Theresa joined AMG in August of 2021 and brings more than 20 years of accounting experience in both for profit and non-profit from various entities. She has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from California State University, East Bay. At AMG, she is responsible for maintaining clients’ accounting books, financial reporting, budgets and annual audits and reviews. Outside of work, Theresa enjoys volunteering at the animal shelter, spending time with family and traveling.

Communications and Publications Coordinator, Jonathan Flom – Jonathan joined AMG in February 2020 after being in the financial industry for well over a decade, which for him was an unfulfilling industry to be in. However, during that time he worked on many creative projects on the side like writing articles, managing websites and video editing, which was much more enjoyable! Along with his Bachelor of Arts in English from CSU Sacramento, he has happily brought over his various and resourceful skillsets to AMG! When not working, Jonathan spends his time going on adventures with his wife Elizabeth; or for downtime, relaxing at home with their pets, two cats and a rabbit!

Meeting & Events Manager, Natalie Perry – Natalie brings 8 years of meeting and event management experience to AMG. She previously worked for the California New Car Dealers Association planning their Annual Meeting and Lobby Day, Annual Convention, and educational seminars. There she was responsible for strategically planning, budgeting, booking and contract negotiation, speaker procurement, marketing, registration and event logistics. Natalie graduated from California State University, Fresno in 2010 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Recreation Administration and a certificate in Special Event Planning.
Senior Meeting & Events Manager, Felicia Price, CMP – Felicia Price, CMP brings over 25 years of association meeting and event management experience, previously working for the California Physical Therapy Association and LeadingAge California as Director of Meetings and Events. She brings with her a vast array of knowledge in managing and executing event logistics, tradeshows and continuing education programs. Felicia holds a Certificate in Meeting Planning from California State University, Sacramento and earned her Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) designation from the Events Industry Council.
Membership Services, Allie Johnson – Allie joined AMG in 2019 with over 10 years of customer service experience in several different fields, including animal rescue and professional fundraising for non-profits. She graduated from CSU Monterey Bay with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Humanities and Communications, with an emphasis in Practical and Professional Ethics. At AMG, Allie is responsible for the membership and daily administrative tasks for multiple associations.
Membership Services, R’Mani White – R’Mani joined AMG’s Membership Services Department in 2022, bringing nearly a decade of experience in the hospitality, commercial real estate, and association sectors. At AMG, R’Mani serves the membership of three AMG clients in the public agency and physician industries. R’Mani is an alumnus of San Diego State University, with a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications and a minor in creative writing.
Membership Services, Jacob Gray – Jacob joined AMG’s Membership Services Department in 2022, bringing with him over three years of small business management and ownership experience. Jacob serves the membership of three AMG clients in the automotive and physician industries.
Manager, Communications, Publications and IT, Ryan King – A staff member since 2011, Ryan is AMG’s on-site IT manager. He brings knowledge developed over 13 years working in IT support. His expertise spans the computer, nonprofit and retail industries, allowing him to quickly identify and solve our clients’ complex technical problems. Ryan also works to ensure that clients’ membership, financial, and other data are stored securely both on- and off-site.
Operations & Client Support Assistant, Amenda Yang – Amenda Yang joined AMG in April 2017 and brings over 13 years of administrative experience working for various member associations. She has extensive experience with all administrative tasks, including scheduling, correspondence, and personalized administrative support to senior management and several board of directors. At AMG, she is responsible for providing administrative support to senior managers, event management staff, and managing all office supplies. Amenda has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from California State University, Sacramento.
