Operations – Your time is valuable and should be utilized efficiently. AMG will manage the day-to-day operations of your association in accordance with its strategic goals and organizational mission, giving you the freedom to be more productive.
Association Governance – Corporate compliance gives your association long-term legitimacy. AMG will oversee your association’s governing policies and procedures, and ensure that all bylaws and standards are always upheld.
Finance and Accounting – The success of every association is closely tied with its bottom line. AMG’s accounting team will work closely with your Board of Directors to develop effective budgets, performance monitoring, and the fiscal accountability necessary for effective decision making.
Information Technology (IT) Support – AMG does not underestimate the importance of strong IT support. It’s critical to an association’s record keeping, membership database, and financial transactions. That is why we employ an on-site IT manager and database supervisor. They store all records on an on- and off-site state-of-the-art Windows server. This procedure is designed to ensure the security and integrity of all of your organization’s records.
